32 gb microsd card
 

I'm planning on buying a 32 gb microsd card for my tp2. My current 16 gb is too small

I know things such as the SD card's class dictate how fast the card works and thus drive the price.

What else is everyone using? and are they faster than class 2? whats the price they paid for their 32 gb micro sd card?

a 32gb for 30.00??? yeah, i don't know about that one. make sure you read the feedbacks and buy through paypal so you can get your money back when it only reads 16.

p.s. you can split your porn into 2 folders and move 1 folder to your computer and just alternate every other month, week, day to keep it fresh.

I was just looking for a 16GB card and decided to look for a 32GB for fun. Found this one and see what you are talking a out looking fake. I like how it looks like they put a 32GB sticker over the stock 16GB package print.

Until I can order one from Newegg, they're not real. And Newegg doesn't yet carry 32GB SDHC.

You _might_ be able to buy an early release from Asia via eBay now or soon, but it won't be cheap. And if it's cheap, it won't be real.

32 gb micro sd are real just check www.scandisk.com , they have it for $199 but i'm hoping someone has a better deal that is of course real...

Did you place, and they then accepted your order? I'll guess they'd give you an 'out of stock' or 'backordered'. It's not real if you can't order one - and I've seen no evidence that anyone has ordered one from a US supplier. Prove me wrong please; although I don't really want a huge class 2 card myself! :)

ive got a crap load of .mkv and h264 mp4 video. that shit eats up a lot of space, but is absolutly required if you wanna see every single hair on her...

indeed its fake especially if its from china....i bought a 16 gb for $17 wahoo! only to have it come in the mail, and me put it into my computer to see that its only 2gb. you get what you pay for, and if its usually too good to be true it is. 32 gb? i thought htc tp2 only suppported 16gb?

TP2 fully supports MicroSDHC format so yes it will support 32gb card, unfortunatly(?) thats it as MicroSDHC maxes out at 32gb and there is a new format if you ever want to go higher which TP2 does not support(although might just need a frimware upgrade to support it)

no joke guys , i just got a 32gb sdhc kingston micro SD card from ebay for yeah 15 BUCKS !!! Best thing i EVER bought , was skeptical at first , but the person had great feedback and what not , it came from china and the only draw back was it took about 2.5 weeks to get here , but heck for 15 bucks id wait a month ! i say i got the steal ! its fast and incredible.

You are aware there are tricks to make it show 32gb but the full 32gb are not actually usable?

At the moment Kingston doesn't even manufacture 32gb microsd cards fyi..only sandisk

Edit: It seems recently Kingston has shipped 32gb sd cards to retail channels(for prices of $100-200) but they have not shown up in any retail channel as of yet

One thing to also look out for in SD cards is sometimes SD cards that did not pass QC are picked up by employees and sold on back markets. These SD cards have the same storage but a prone to corrupt and other issues as they did not pass QC(Quality control)

Kingston is shipping 32gb cards as of last week, as for getting it for $15 and from China - let me put it into official language - LOL. U got ripped bro - sorry to say - easy test - make a 20-30gb file and put it on the card(dont make 32 - proper 32gb card will not have 32gb available ever anyways), then check integrity of the file(that is if you get this far without errors(which i doubt)). At best you got 16gb posing as 32gb card which for 15 bucks still is pretty good deal imho, at worst its a 2giger

ya, i would also like to hear how big it actually is. best price i've seen on a 32gb micro is $90, 16's are down to less than $25 though

2) Format on your PC (full format not quick) and report back results
3) Copy a 30 gb file to the disk and report back results

I would say he dont even have to transfer full 30gb to the card, I would say copy try to copy 17 gb and see if it even works, making sure the files can be used.

even at $99 for a 32 Gb is still too high as of of now, I hope that by black Friday the prices go down to maybe $35

Impossible..for 3 reasons...

1) 32gb is the cap of SDHC standard

2) So far only 2 companies released them..(one being this month)...(Samsung showed prototypes but never released them)

3) There isn't even a better version then class 2 to drive the prices of class 2 down

So until SDXC cards become standard or we get a class 4 and 6 alternatives I don't expect prices to budge much.
