it is possible you gotta use a blow dryer to heat it to unstick from screen. was told that from a sprint tech who did his personal one.

The link above is just for the digitizer, not the LCD with digitizer mounted.

Would greatly appreciate having it in one piece to install.

Just checking to see if there are any suggestions, this seems to be a pretty common problem.

It is possible, but hard. The lcd is VERY easy to ruin, much easier than any other phone I've seen anyways so be careful. I've never tried the blow dryer but from experience I can see where it would come in handy. Good luck man.
