Re: Touch Pro 2 Bluetooth Compatibility with 2010 Toyota Camry
might need a different BT stack. those things are very picky though. great idea, but horrible execution.

not sure if you can install a different bt stack from a cab file. not sure which one works with the camry. i'll do some research.

Re: Touch Pro 2 Bluetooth Compatibility with 2010 Toyota Camry
says the tp1 is compatible. i think that the BT stack was changed from a winmo bt stack to a different one in the tp2. maybe one of the experts here can tell you how to get the tp1 stack on the tp2???

Re: Touch Pro 2 Bluetooth Compatibility with 2010 Toyota Camry
Maybe mucking around in here might help:
"HKLM\Software\Widcomm\BTConfig\" It's kind of a long shot, but if you're the experimental type...maybe a good way to spend an afternoon with possibly no useful results whatsoever and complete destruction of her BT services (spoken like a guy who's had to hard reset too many times while trying to "discover" things in the registry!). Depends if it's just a low level incompatibility with the Widcomm stack or if it's an issue of settings, of course. Just thought I'd put it out there. |

Wirelessly posted (HTC Diamond: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 7.11) Sprint MP6950SP)
Bluetooth syncing a TouchPro2 with a Toyota Camry has been blocked because initial pairings caused malfunctions which resulted in accelerator sticking problems.
