I call your image a fake in case you're wondering what my intention is to your post. AND if you're going to photoshop the damn picture, can't you at least get the numbers lined up? At least that way it wouldn't look so obvious. Cute though that you copied the numbers from the Touch Diamond and Ozone. I call bad photoshop FAIL. It seem that Verizon has an 'Online Only' sell through 4/8 where you can get a Touch Pro 2 for $79.99 with 2-year commitment. If you were eligiable for your 'New Every Two' discount, that would lower it to $29.99. Have fun! Rich S. |

Re: Verizon dropped price for TP2 to $29.99
The $29.99 is not a New Every Two price. I was pricing out an upgrade for my wifes Env 2 which is eligible for normal upgrade and that's the price it shows. New Every two is only for the primary account holder which would be my phone which I used mine to buy my TP2 when they first came out so I am not eligible for a new every two discount till 5/14/2011

Re: Verizon dropped price for TP2 to $29.99
I just ordered mine for $29.99. I'm not eligible for New Every Two until July 2010. However, I was still given a $50 credit for the upgrade over the new subscriber of $79.99. Thus, giving me a final purchase price of $29.99 plus tax. That's better than if I had waited til July, assuming the price returned to around $150. Now I need to find an extended battery. Verizon's already sold out of them. Besides, I'm sure there are better mAh capacities out there. Any suggestions?

Re: Verizon dropped price for TP2 to $29.99
The prices are for a phone upgrade (not a new every two) just an eleigible upgrade. I'm just telling you what it has on there site. I appreciate you calling me a liar though. I'm sure eventually others will confirm the prices that I see and within a week or two you will see the HTC Incredible has been launched.
I guess you assume everyone has as much time on their hands as you do to photoshop pictures while working? |

I'd be glad to be wrong. Won't make me switch from SERO to verizon any time soon, but I'd be glad for anyone who needs a cheaper high-end phone. Even at the current price it's pretty cheap. |
