TP2 screen not working
 

:angry7: Need suggestions on how to fix my TP2. Went to bed last night and the phone was working fine. Woke up this morning and the touch screen is unresponsive.



.Phone is completely stock, never flashed or unlocked. (besides the Sprint Released 6.5 ROM)

Tried to hard reset, now I'm stuck at the tap screen to setup your windows device.



I'm Not using any type of case or anything.

Using a screen protector? If so take it off. You might have rainbow banding. If no screen protector....if still unresponsive, take it in to get replaced.

Was having the same damn problem.. Turns out it was the new case I bought.. Waste of money.. Never had problems with the other cases I wonder why this one affects the touch screen?..

Did it look like you had any bubbles under the screen.. im having the same problem. the top screen is peeling off. I've never gotten it wet or anything.

yeah, after a few hours of tapping the screen a oily type spill appeared at the top left. But like you its never been wet. Long story short I got screwed, and had to file an false insurance claim for something HTC should have fixed.

False Insurance Claim..?? How is it false, if it's a true issue..??
