Re: Overclock TP2 in WM?
I'm completely confused
I was running a custom ROM, but just recently wanted to try the newest Sprint stock ROM. What do I need to get this working? This has always been one of the biggest shortcomings of this phone, if not the only one. If I could get the same phone with a 1Ghz snapdragon I would be beyond happy. I normally wouldn't ask, I can usually figure this stuff out, but I'm way in over my head for some reason. |

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=725290 then you need to install something to prevent SOD (sleep of death). There are basically 2 options right now... 1) SetCpuSpeed - this is a program that prevents SOD caused by the backlight. It works nicely and uses very little CPU. But - it ONLY prevents SOD caused by backlight going out... http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...postcount=1000 2) Script - this is a mortscript that prevents SOD caused by backlight, phone calls, and lockscreen. It uses a little bit more CPU and requires you to install MortScript to your phone. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...postcount=1147 |
