Touch Pro 2, WinMo 6.5 and Multi-Tasking??

I'm new to the Touch Pro 2 and WinMo 6.5... I have a question about multi-tasking. Is it missing from 6.5? Or am I just not seeing how it's done? I'm used to the drop-down menu in 6.1 on my old Touch Pro.

Also, When you close an ap does it actually close down or stay open in the background? How exactly do you get multiple aps running if you wanna do a few things at once?

Lastly, is there a program/app I can install that will make the multi-tasking feature more like on 6.1 (i.e. the drop-down menu)?

Sorry if it's a stupid question, but I couldn't find an answer anywhere.
