Radio Upgrade Question

I was looking at the different radios in the CDMA upgrade forum, but I am unsure if my phone is ready for them. It is a Sprint TP2 that has been unlocked for custom ROMs (HSPL unlock), but nothing else. Am I good, or do I need anything else?
