Status/Service light?

Hello all, long time lurker......quick questions for some of the more knowledgeable Touch Pro 2 people....

I've recently made the switch back to WinMo after using a Blackberry curve then a Tour for nearly a year....my question is I know a lot of you don't care for or get annoyed by the status LED, but coming from a Blackberry I love it! I've done a lot of searching and most info I seem to find is how to control the duration of blinks, take control back from sense, or how to make it stop...

I'd like to know if there's anyway to make the LED blink green for service/signal all the time? I know some of you are saying why the heck would he want to do that, but I guess its just nice to look at the phone and see it blink green and know I have a signal and everything is good....(for reference - I work in a fringe area where my TP2 bounces from EV to 1X to roam all the time)...

I know this is long winded, but ultimately is there anyway to make the LED light act like they do on Blackberry's (green for service, red for alert/message/event/etc)?

Thanks in advance for your help, I truly enjoying following the progress on this and xda's boards.....the advancements with Android is absolutely amazing!
