Cannot install files

i think your doing it wrong. you dont have to move anything to my documents. ill lay it out for you.
have the program you want to install on yor storage card. it should be in .cab format.
open the file explorer. goto storage card. dont copy or paste anything. just click the .cab file.
it will ask you to install on the phone or on the memory cards. lets just stay simole at this point and chose phone. it should just install. are these the steps you are following?

Yep thats exactly what i`m doing. Can`t open files either through syncing with the pc or directly through my tp2 browser without getting the trusted certificate message. The files are there i can see em on the storage card ,it just wont let me open them with file explorer.
