every time i make a call - notification bar

Every time i make a phone call, my ear hits the notification bar at the top and brings up that page. Is there a way to disable this thing when the phone is being used? It is incredibly annoying

not sure but i have pocketshield which gives you the option to protect your phone from any button presses while on a call.

This is a must-have App!

this will prevent any pocket dialing or face dialing. without pocketshield I have opened things like callender and made undesirable changes while on the phone. I have also poket dialed my mother-in-law at the worst posible time.
