anyone else ever have a similar battery problem?

hey guys, im new here! ive got a problem with my batt. for some reason, ive noticed, that my battery's charge status will fluctuate. i have Battery Monitor and Eschelon Enable1%battery cabs installed and one second it'll show (eg.) 68% then after a soft reset it'll jump to like 74%, then drop down to like 64% after a few mins! battery life is beginning to drop. im running mighty rom and the phone is 3 months old. it lasts about 4.5 hrs of solid internet use. has anyone experienced this and if so is there a cab or registry tweak that would help? i thank any and all responses in advance!
