Bluff my call ?

i looked everywhere even posted in the rom im usings thread
cant seem to get this to work


everytime i try to use bluff my call
it just beeps and hangs up


im on neodiums 8.5 rom by vin

the only rom i ever got it working on is mightyrom 2.1


ive bin thru the settings plus code dialing
there was nothing there i tryed both
radio 1 and radio 1 ?

and no international dialing code

and it still dont work


if someone can help me figure this out major thanks will be givin lol
