Re: Ugh so slow post 6.5

I was down to 13mb of storage. In addition to a calender display within HanDBase and Exchange not syncing automagiclly, I went back to 6.1 last night. I will play with it later when I have the time to install applications manually.

Thats odd cause on my phone i cant get the sense SMS come up unless i specifically go into a contact in sense and then choose sms.. other wise either as an sms shortcut OR opening the keyboard and pressing the sms key brings me to the standard windows sms app

still i wouldnt mind doing away with sense sms as it adds nothing of any value

i did a clear storage immediately after my 6.5 upgrade. i have nothing installed & the phone is mega slow. i like how this phone could function if it werent so laggy. i will never get comfortable with the idea of constant hard resets. im not an advanced phone user like some & for me i just want a damn phone that functions as advertised. but i do thank the many of you that have made my not so pleasant winmo experiences better. but i still cant get my program memory above 50 after using phone for a little

Re: Ugh so slow post 6.5

Try custom rom and don't use the slow ass manila sms use the windows native one and you will be fine. If still not happy go back to stock 6.1. Mighty Mike's 6.5 2.5 manila is running smooth as butter.

manilla sms would be the 1 that is used by tapping a message on the home screen correct ? the one where the send button is totally located in the dumbest location ? if thats the 1 u mean i stay the hell away from that anyway. lol. i wanna flash a custom rom & have been talkin about doing so for sum time on these boards but i really havent had the time to sit & educate myself on the topic .. hopefully soon
