I tried this cab; it did what it was supposed to, but also turned off the keyboard backlight and haptic (vibration) feedback on key/screen touches.

This is the same thing that happened when Mr X and Mighty released a cab to fix this issue shortly after the update was released.... I wonder if this person re-packaged the same cab...

yup me too. i installed it and my ppc frooze more frequent than usual. lol. and i also noticed its not as butter smooth as the stock sense.

I was worried about that. I didn't want to face that again so I'm glad I read ahead before trying it again. Still waiting on a real fix. The one thing I'm thankful for is that the light doesn't blink when I have it on my nightstand charging. The charging indicator light stays on so at least there isn't an annoying blinking light while I'm trying to sleep.

Has anyone found a working "x" to close out of programs. I used the one that was on page 12 (I think) on here and it is not working.

Also, I am trying to get a taskbar with a feature the old 6.1 had. In the upper right hand corner, you could view all open programs. I first had the GF Taskbar then downloaded Gadget ROM taskbar, but neither of them have it.
