Need Help w/ Start Menu Glitch on Sprint TP2, Using XPressDusk V.23 WWE ROM

Here are the screen shots of what my start menus look like, as well as the setting menus (since they use the start menu theme, i guess). The last image is my software information, just so everyone knows what I'm using. Should I go back to stock ROM for now, or atleast a different one? Anyway, here are the pics:
