wait a minute no body is bashing any body here im just being honest and from what i have experienced. lets not forget that a pro 2 is a phone first and functionality as a "phone" is a plus. yeah custom roms make the phone look cool and everything but what good does that make is u cant use the basic functions that came with the stock rom?? like mms ?? or have to restart the device twice or more a day? and dont get me wrong i have use custom roms and donated before but only to say ok well i try that new feature and its over.

i just hope sprint steps up and release the rom by monday lol

I had to flash back to stock to bring my phone for Sprint to look at it last week and stock just looked way too plain...

actually I was once one of those people who touted the stock 6.1 rom as being just better than any other custom rom, but I've been running Mr X sense 2.1 /6.5 rom lately and I really like it over the stock one. It's just as quick, if not faster.

I run stock but mostly because I'm new tot he TP2 and because I'm waiting for the stock 6.5. I figure after a month of stock 6.5 I'll start looking at custom ROMS or maybe work on my own.

I'm interested in hearing about the possibility of Sense 2.5 on a stock rom... I've heard VZ is getting it, I would assume the hold-up for our 6.5 was maybe to release a 6.5 WITH Sense 2.5 instead of 2 updates like VZ is planning?

Why do I care so much? The HD2 Sense is laggy/buggy on our builds. Some chefs get it close, but not exactly as smooth as I'd like. Supposedly, there is an official 2.5 update for the Rhodium soon which was optimized for our slower chips and more limited resources. THAT's an update I'd like to see.

Breaking news !!! i just went to my sprint store and the update should be available tonight midnight!!! ... heres the catch though we are not going to be able to download it we have to get it done in a sprint store .. soo im going to go get in line.. very excited!!!!
