Er? What? If the issue is you can't turn it on, how do you turn it on to reset it? Or do you mean just reset it a bunch of times?

Re: Battery Issues - Energy ROM - THREADED

OK. There's more than one place to turn BT on and off. By resetting WHILE the device was trying to turn BT on fixed it for me.

I've also installed cleanRAM and I'm now burning less battery because of it. I'm down to 197mA form like 230

Re: Battery Issues - Energy ROM - THREADED

I have to say that I am very impressed with the difference in battery life that I've seen after applying the cab's in OP's post. I used a full charge yesterday in about five hours of very light use. The thing was in my pocket almost the entire time for crying out loud.

I don't know if it was only these cabs that did it or if I did something extra yesterday that drained my charge faster... (open programs in the background?) The difference today is phenomenal. It's been off the charger for roughly 10 hours with light usage and I'm still looking at 73% battery life remaining.

Kudos to OP.

Re: Battery Issues - Energy ROM - THREADED

the bluetooth cab is really not worth the hassle. no fix on the issue, just reset and reset... useless. as for Maxx, i haven't seen much performance increase in batery life when i compared with VIN's rom

Before TEST
10 mins test.
Now Readin @ 30MA
Avg Reading of 10 mins @ 93MA
NO PIC/GRAPH SUPPORT

After Intalling
Ninja Duck Disable DRV - SmartCard.cab
Ninja Duck Disable DRV - TVOUT.cab

RESULTS ARE STUNNING.... definitely recommended
my previous test (graph) showed a lot of polling and random jumps in battery usage. after installing those 2 cabs, i only experience one peak after 8 mins
from this post...
cabs can be downloaded here
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...8&postcount=14

please test
