but on to the topic at hand. gmaine's suggestion works regarding creating a playlist and deleting the ringtones out of the list. i used to get pissed off when im getting into playing the music and then i hear "DING" and would wonder if it was part of the song....LOL. until finally, i played around with WMP and experimented with the playlist. and the rest is history. |
Re: Seriously there has to be a way!!!
i have a ringtones folder in my internal mem and my SD. neither show up in my HTC library.
try marking them as hidden/system/read only/archive http://img130.imageshack.us/img130/2715/screen02l.pnghttp://img169.imageshack.us/img169/9765/screen01i.png |

Now I ran into another issue....:evil4: Okay so now that I got only the music in my TF3D music tabs. How do I get the tab to display ALL OF MY SONGS?? Right now I have only music in my library but on the play now it only shows one song. How do I get it back to where it showed all the songs again? I tried hitting menu and scrolling to all songs and then pressing back but that did not work. It still just shows one song. Any suggestion? And thanks again to all of you who gave suggestion. Thanks has been given. Edit:NEVERMIND I FIGURED IT OUT!! THANKS AGAIN TO ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND HELP! As for you OR78 ur @$$ is grass Mr. Smart@$$ lmao!!! Too funny bro. Im still laughin at that comment. |
Re: Seriously there has to be a way!!!
I'm not sure if you solved your problem of getting only music in your TF3D player but follow the instructions in this post to get that done.

I remembered seeing this post a couple of months ago and thank the good phone Lord for you guys cause I was really tired of rt-splash coming on right after B.O.B.

Re: Seriously there has to be a way!!!
really simple create a playlist.
|
Re: Seriously there has to be a way!!!
i use s2p, allows you to set the library for music, therefore no ringtones or app sounds in my music player

Re: Seriously there has to be a way!!!
Yeah this thread is pretty old. I ended up putting all of my ringtones in a folder and using Total Commander to make them hidden. No more ringtones in the music playlist.
