Here is the Jataayu reg file after I merged it with Mike304's fix. This is for him or anybody that wants to analyze it. Can send but not receive Verizon MMS. Also, now on S3 v10 ROM with same results.

Edited since this .reg file didn't work, will continue to work on it!

Thanks Mike304. It appears as though you are setting up for ArcSoft. I am trying to use the HTC Messaging v1.5 Build 2011.3831. After applying the reg file I cannot send or recieve. However, if I change back to "GUID"="{1F994B49-C056-4503-99B0-37247BCC80F7}" and change the UserAgent back to HTCMessaging, I am back to send ok, no receive. I get the notification but cannot download the file. Thanks for trying.

Hate to say it but I got the same results. MMS still a no go through HTC messaging.
*EDIT* Worse than jaym25's results. I can send but can't receive anything.

That's what I do i map htc messaging to work through arcsoft so you can send messages through the htc messaging interface, it's how i did it on the imagio. I'll keep trying to figure this out but remember this is going to be more difficult for me since i don't own this phone.

I think I found the problem, but might take at least one more time, try this; post feedback please!

I'm glad I found this thread, I've spent the past hour trying to get MMS working on my TP2 and wondering why it hasn't been working. Too bad no one has really solved it yet though.

It still doesn't work but I don't think I have the Arcsoft program on my phone. Do you have a link to it?

Re: Verizon MMS stopped working

do the Jataayu settings even effect arcsoft? I am using a titanium only build and am also having the issues. I don't touch htc messaging. I know arcsoft also has its own HKLM reg section so don't think the jaraayu settings would effect it no?

I tried reflashing 5 generations of older nrg rom builds ... ones that I know worked before and they fail.

I also played around with a 2nd level verizon tech but he coulnd't figure out anything, they tried resetting my account and some other goofy stuff that cut my service for an hour but nothing helped.

I also tried with and without wifi enabled and have the same issue.

Re: Verizon MMS stopped working

Yes because i've linked htc messaging on my cab to arcsoft to work with the imagio, the thing is with these custom roms they each have different settings linking the messaging program to websites that i'm not even sure that work, which makes it more difficult to apply this fix on a custom rom, than a stock rom.
