Manila 2.5 Reader cab

Has anyone seen a cab to add the reader tab to a rom without the tab like Mighty's WAR rom?

Not yet

I'm not sure if there's a currently a project to port it over either. The closes thing I've seen ported over from 2.5 are the new Calendar and Email tabs.

I don't think you will ever see a cab. I think it has to be cooked in.

You could create a cab to run the app without including the tab pretty easy. I have the application built into my Titanium rom, which obviously wouldn't have the Manila tab. The tab is a pointless memory hog, IMO. All you really need is the app. Maybe if I get bored, I'll make a cab..

you should! you may think it sucks, but it would be downloaded thousands of times... cab as a separate app would be even bigger, not to mention users wont have to worry about manila build compatibility...

soooo this morning i was waiting for some water boil...and then last night i watched some paint dry...have you ever hosted a good ol snail race?...ummmm bored yet?

just putting my request out there for that cab

First off thank you Inda for cabbing this up. Quick question, does the ereader indexer work to add ebooks to the reader like it did the tab? Thanks again.
