hey, google voice will allow you to make outgoing calls, but it costs. that why you add money to your account.

OK you can use onedialer to make outgoing google voice calls over your data connection so there.

Yes. It can be done. Yes, there is a way. yes, there is a tutorial. In order to do this on a Windows Netbook you will need to install a Linux Virtual Machine (VM). Pretty much everything you need to know in order to set up the VM and phone system software is right here, and pretty dummy proof. It just takes time to read and download the FREE products to make it happen and set up the additional FREE Phone number. Here you go:
