NRG ROM, "Network Busy, Try Again Later"

Hey I'm running ALMOST the latest NRG rom w/ Max Manilla. I almost NEVER try to call out, so I have no idea when this began, but I can receive calls, send/receive texts, mms, and my data is fine, but when I try to make a call, I get the error "Network Busy, try again later". This isn't a local thing. It happened the entire 250 mile drive I made yesterday. I was able to call 611 fine.

My question is WTF. How do I fix this?

I've searched here and on xda, and I can't find any answers at all. I've hard reset.
