need message did not send notification!! help!!

Im running MightyMikes IMPACT ROM, which is running Manilla 2.5 but is using 2.1 messaging. It doesnt have a message did not send, retry send? notification. does anyone know if i can get this notification back? i use to have it on the Telus stock ROM.

please help.
