HTC Sense 2.5 cab ?

I love this setup but wish I could get rid of the Twitter on the slide bar. Any ideas? Removing it is not an option in the settings.

I followed the above instructions and everything booted up ok but the phone was very slow and takes forever when you switch between screens. Any ideas?

I love this and it ran fine on my TP2 the only problem is it takes up a lot of space on my phone. I had to free up to 65mb and after that I barely had any Storage space left on the phone. Any suggestions because I would love to use Sense 2.5. I just restored from Backup in the mean time.

Which version are you using? There were two updates posted and the most recent version is MUCH smaller (yes, still large, 65MB but smaller than the 87MB that was the first post).

What else do you have installed to phone memory? Can anything you've installed to phone memory be installed to your flash card? I'll admit I don't install a bunch of extra stuff to my phone but I still have almost 125MB free on the phone itself after all the installs are done and that includes taskbar, slider, and the majority of what everyone else considers a must (registry tool, total commander, cleartemp, etc.)

If you really want to run it, i would suggest flashing to a custom rom. The stock roms take up so much space, manila runs like . or like prev post stated. delete a lot of stuff from internal storage and throw it on sd card

I would love to be able to adjust what is reserved for storage memory. after the complete install I have over 100 M left for storage and 64M for programs. like to shift that to more in line with 40/120. I am now using cleanram http://handheld.softpedia.com/get/Sy...AM-74823.shtml to help clean up after my programs. seems to help hold the line on memory leaks.
