What's the best Voice Recorder Software out there?

What's the best Voice Recorder Software out there? The one that came with TP2 has bad quality.

The quality setting is adjustable. That said it would be nice to have a push-to-record feature where it records so long as you hold a button down, then stops when you let go. Tape recorder functionality.

For phone calls, I use ACR (All Call Recorder) which does as its name implies.
