Faster video on MyMobiler?

I've done some searching, couldn't find an answer.

I was wondering if there was a way to make the frame rates on MyMobiler a little more fluant.

I've seen some videos of people using mymobiler, and its alot more smooth than what I have. Reason I want it, is to make some video tutorials for some friends of mine, and its just way too choppy to try to do it properly.
