Might ROM error [260]

I have gone through dozens maybe hundreds of posts here, xda and google for the past three and a half weeks.
I am trying to flash to MightyROM_RhodiumW_021010.exe on my Sprint Touch Pro 2.
I got the RhodiumWUnlocker.exe for my imei via donation.
I tried the RhodiumW-HardSPL_V1_10R3.exe. Can't even run that - Application error 'memory can't be written'.
I have disabled all security software.
I have turned off advanced usb settings.
Battery is fully charged.
Keep getting the error [260] connection.
Tried renaming and copying the ruu_signed.nbh to the storage card and doing a volume down/power reboot.
Cannot get past 'Loading....' on the Rhodium flash reboot. Just hangs - let it sit there for 1/2 hour!
Keep getting 'Radio Locked' or unable to unlock radio.
Or the 260 error.
Any newer ideas.
Not a newb but at wits end.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
