Help!

I just got my tp2 and basicaly don't know anything about it,
all thats on the screen is "Emergency calls can be made" and it wants me to enter a password, I have no clue as to what the password it though. how can i get past this screen or unlock it or something so that i can actually use the phone?
i don't care if it will lose all my stuff, because theres barely anything on it anyways, i just want to be able to use it,
