Going Green. Looking for Signature Caputuring app

I work for a medical device company and therefore which means that there is a lot of paperwork for people to sign. Over the last few years, that I have been here printing off papers just for signatures, I have amassed quite a nice little stack (3 rows 3feet high) One bad sneeze and my stacks turn into piles. What I am looking for is a signature capturing software app that I could use on my phone in replace of me printing off all these papers. Kinda like when UPS drops stuff off and you sign for it. But it would be used in conjunction with word and excel documents. Any suggestions would be helpful. I tried to google different variations of signature capturing software but it keeps giving me photo shop editing tools.
