6.5 skinned 7 ROM?

Interesting webcast keynote, but I heard about usability - nothing new other than xBox live. The keynote is still going on, so please don't flame me.

Who will be first to take a 6.5 ROM and skin it to make it look like "Windows Phone 7 Series"?
