my camera mod err or fix

so when i did my battery cover wet sanding it i kinda scuffed up my clear hole for the camera on my phone, i thought it was all in my head, but then i thinik it was getting worse. comparing pics with the battery cover off, then on. well finally the last straw and i just took the little clear part off my battery cover.
take a look. you could ask, "hey why didnt you just get a new battery cover?" I would reply with, "Do you know how long it takes to wet sand the back battery cover?" LOL
i think inside conditions it wasnt this bad







I would NOT recommend doing this mod unless you have extra battery covers laying around, because if you notice on the first battery cover that part of the cover is all bent and stuff. yeah thats metal and you can bend it up pretty bad (this was my test battery cover). i was pretty easy on mine and it came out nice and neat, still needed to super glue it back in place but it doesnt look bad. i think people did this with the original touch pro???

So you removed the glass? It's funny how we all have TP2's and they seem to be ll different. If I wanted to remove the glass covering I will just pop it out.

yeah removed the glass. you have a sprint battery cover thats why. i dont really like those battery covers. IMO there ugly

I did the same thing a couple of months ago, I got tired of the blurry sub tp1 pics from my tp2 and I just removed the plastic lens cover, been happy ever since.
