1. You need to get your phone to the bootloader (hold down - volume while pressing the soft reset with the stylus, this should present you with a tri-color screen.)

2. Download a rom made for your TP2 (if your phone is CDMA like Sprint or Verizon check out http://mightyrom.com).

3. Launch the installr for the ROM. Make sure your phone is connected to the PC via a USB cable and follow the on screen prompts. (Your screen should show %0 then %1 etc.)

4. When the phone reboots you should boot into the custom rom (first boot takes a while so be patient.)

In case you can't get the SD card method to work you can also just use your PRC.
In the bootloader you can also just hook up your phone to your PC and run the ROM updater program again and it should also run too.

Hi guys I could do it putting the ROM in the root of the SD card and flashing from bootloader. I was really nervous but it worked great. I have HTC Sense now with WM 6.5 and is awesome. I installed SenseROM_M2.5_2.8.10 but I will give mighty ROM a look. Thanks all for your advices
