Here are 2 apps that I use for mobile TV, both are free, and both work fine on the TP2. The Chaner is the better one of the two cabs. Here is a youtube link for the Chaner NBC L.A. Enjoy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oK7tBHHBpuI T

Screen Shots of Fox news NYC and the Science Fiction Chanel, Im watching old Flash Gordan now lol. The image and picture quality is really good, it just looks the way it does because of the software I used to take a screen shot and post the shot. (pocket controler pro and photobucket.com) Actual quality is much better. Here is a link to give you a better Idea of the video quality. Some chanels will vary/. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oK7tBHHBpuI

spbtv costs $money$ and from all I have read it has just a few chanels that I would care to watch. The Chaner is free and rite now you cant beat free. The bad screen shots are not accurate, its either my Pocket controler pro software I used to take the shot and upload. To be honest I would pay top dollar for a software that was about $40 to $60 max and like a internet, or streaming cable provider. SlingBox is cool but $250 is a hefty price for me right now for that service.

It had been some time since I used it so I was unaware, its been about a month or two. I just tried to luanch it and ran into an issue. Im unsure if thier server is down or no longer usable for the service. Additionaly it might just be my rom as well. You know how some apps dont work play well with some roms.

www.channelsurfing.net

Thanks for sharing this one. Its Not as depandable as an app, but if you save it to your skyfire browser under bookmarks its great. I watched an international soccer game(live), CNN World(live), and the cartton network. There are quite a few more options to choose from as well.

I tried this one, and the video worked perfect, but I keep getting a "audio" error within Skyfire, something to do with an APN(?), saying my network connection doesn't support audio? Can anyone make sense of that??

Try a soft reset and try turning your wifi on, just to be 100% sure. It worked for me but some feeds do not work all the time.

Side Note: there have been about 50 hits thus far of the cabs I posted (on page one)And not 1 person has hit the thanks button, come on lurkers help a brother out and hit the thanks every once in a while. We help out becuase we like to share and hlep, but common.

Yea it can be strange like that some times, I always have to remind myself about the the old tern K.I.S.S.
Keep It Simple Stupid. If it works just be happy with it and agaiin im just refering to myself. I know we always like to fix everything and work out all the bugs, but you have to keep in mind that we typicly are all running all sorts of custom and modded apps, roms, and programs. So campatability is always a work in progress.

By the way are you using the most recent version of skyfire? you can go to the wesite from your browser on you your decvice and DL. the latest cab version of Skyfire.

I agree, Great looking app, works smooth and looks nice from the trial version I used but until it gets more INTRESTING English speaking chanels, preferably a few more cable chanels, I wont be buying it for $14.99 and Ill stick with The Channer which is free (cab is on 1st page) and other good streaming sites other users help find.

Obviously my first choice would be SlingBox but its costly and untill I can spare the extra change I have to take what I can get.

World Cup 2010 On WinMo device with MobiTV/ESPNmobileTV

Ladies and Gentlemen, as you can see on this thread we have discussed many of the online TV options for our mobile devices. We have mentioned The Channer, MobiTV, and SPB TV, which is now free; get it here !

At this point I wanted to bring some attention to a change on the MobiTV line up. Before as you can see by some of my earlier posts (screen shots above) MobiTV offered ESPN360, which is now ESPN Mobile TV.

ESPN Mobile TV Will offer live World Cup coverage on mobile devices via MobiTV. I provided the cab a few posts back if you would like to watch the games.

If your interested I suggest you read through some earlier posts. The app still works fine for free, under the Free trial...

8-[

However, If your a big soccer fan you may consider buying the service for the world cup, as the trial is free and works great, but purchasing the app actually provides an upgrade. And possibly better reliability in service if you don't want to miss all the goal scoring.

ESPN Mobile TV Watch live matches on the go
http://soccernet-assets.espn.go.com/...ges/mobile.gif

EDIT: I respectfully suggest one of the Mods change the title of the original thread post so that at-least more people can be aware of this service as the original title will not alert people of this message. Thanks in advance.
