MMS fix for Sprint TP2
 

Whats good ya'll. I've flashed my sprint tp2 with the Energy.RHOD500.21891.Leo_04.Feb.2010ROM. But I'm having a problem with sending/recieving MMS. When I send a mms, it says HTTP: Send Get Request Failed. Can anyone walk me through on how to resolve this issure...plz.

You need to install ArcSoft MMS cab file for Sprint MMS to work on your phone. You can get the cab file from here:

JD's rom works out of flash for sprint.

Hey I tried downloading that cab before and installing it. But nothing seems to be working. Is there anything else I need to do, like registry edits, or mms server?

Yea bud, install this cab. If it doesn't work the first time, hard reset then install it. But it does work 100%! I actually just got this cab from Jaybell4444 (All credit goes to him!) because I was having this problem too!

Let me know what happens.

ok once I install this cab, will mms work out-of-the-box? or do I need to edit some registrys, or something in the mms server settings?

quick question...
i just have the ROM im using in my SIGNATURE...
and i get the same error message and arcsoft came installed on this rom... do i have to reinstall the cab to work? or how do i fix that error? Thanx

(EDIT: just installed the above file posted, which i had and didnt know lol... and it worked!!! YAY!!!!! lol)
