Cant Find Audio Booster cab

im running SSS latest rom and for some reason it does not come with Audio Booster...i searched all over the CDMA upgrades forum and still cant find the cab...i was wondering if anyone has it?

Can you adjust how loud the phone gets still when you install this?

That app is for adjusting levels while you have headphones plugged in. It does nothing for your external speaker or earpiece.
