Bluetooth/Head Icon Notification Disappeared

Does anyone know where to find a Cab or registry edit to add the Blue-tooth/Headset icon back to the top of the notification bar. It normally appears next to the EV icon when you have the blue tooth connected. Usually when you connect a blue-tooth music head set, it will change to a headset icon with the blue tooth symbol in the middle. There threads that talk about it, but nothing i could find that will fix it or add it back on. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
