ReMapping Right (Contacts) Softkey on Home Screen

Then I have no idea why my phone jacked. And I've already done a hard reset and rebuilt it (due to an SMS issue). I use PHM Registry Edit and tried to change it that way, but still no luck.

From all I've read on the subject - this is limited mainly to Sprint users. Verizon TP2s seem to let you remap the right soft key.
