HELP...keyboard turning off touch pro 2 when trying to text

everytime im trying to respond to a text by using/opening my keyboard. its shuts off my phone. is there a fix for this? thanx

oh yeah and im using mighty rom but ive had this problem on silence and energy too.

Silly question -- are you hitting the power button by mistake? When you're in landscape it's right there on the lower left side, which is not a good place. It's not hard at all to do, depending on how you hold the phone.

Yeah find the Hardware keyboard Mapping app and map power button to nothing on single or hold tap. Use double tap for device suspend.

thanx for the reply, im not stupid, when i slide my tp2 open it shuts down even when its not in landscape mode or turned sideways. no one else has had this problem before? i never have since ive had it (which is 4 months) until about 2 weeks ago.

Artanis, i would remap it but im not touching the screen or sides when sliding
