Sprint Data Issues and fix.
Starting Friday afternoon, I was unable to download anything or connect to my phone browsers saying that the data connection was unavailable. This persisted all day yesterday so I knew it was not my signal so I called sprint.
After being on the phone for nearly two hours, a technician said that they had another couple of phone calls come in with the same issue that day and that the only fix that they found to work was a hard reset.
We tried updating the profile, and a few Data Restores but it came down to the hard reset and it works fine now. First the 2016 bug and now this Data lock up. Anyone else having/had this issue? Perhaps you found a better fix for future reference.
Edit: Forgot to add, this seemed to be happy with TP2 and/or HTC phones.
