verizon new rom 6.5.. update broke my GPS

ok i updated my phone with the new stock rom from verizon wm6.5.. but it F@#$ up my GPS.. i try to fix the setting but the setting dont stick.. they always go back to default.. when i exit the setting.. it goes back to default. every time i try hard reset. the same . i try quick GPS.. i checked location on. what else should i try??
