install carrier cab,, messes up taskbar?

when i instal a uscellar cab on merdins 6.5.3 manilla 2.5 1922 6.5.3 bottom taskbar changes when i reset after the cab installs. it goes to a black taskbar? any idea how to fix this?

actually i realized its any cab i install,, when i restart it takes away the 6.5.3 bottom taskbar and makes it black?
