From my test that is the case but I can only speak from the Sprint to other carriers side not vise versa.

eh they could change a bit but they are all pretty much the same especially if you use Arcsoft which I do

i verified the vzw tp2 has the same reg as well as tmobile... so u shud b fine with installation after our genius makes the CAB lol

Can you see if sending the MMS from those carriers to Sprint still keeps the phone number blank.

So lets narrow this down.
Sprint -> Sprint OK (anonymous)
Sprint -> Verizon OK

Sprint -> Tmobile NO GO (not anonymous)
Sprint -> ATT NO GO

so it does not work cross networks? CDMA vs GSM?

????
Sprint -> Nextel ???
