What happens if I exchange my TP2 within 30 days?
Since I have a rebate for the $100, what happens if I exchange my defective phone for another Tp2? Would I need to re submit my rebate? Does anyone have any idea?

Varies by carrier I'm sure, but I just got a defective C key on my new TP2. I notified them two days after the fact, they setup the paperwork for the exchange, and it took them over a month to get in a replacement. I had cut the box to do the rebate and when I took it all into the store, they kept the new box with my old unit and left me with my old cut up box and old manual etc.

What is defective? If it's an obvious problem such as a keyboard issue or something like that you shouldn't have to worry.
