			It may just be the way you're pressing the keys. I just tested and if I press it with my nail, it does kinda feel mushy, but if I actually press it with my thumb, it feels better. I don't think it's defective. Just start worrying when it DOESN'T actually respond. (Knocking on wood for you) Lol

			Yeah it's prob just me.  I'm going to go the the sprint store and try out the working display.

			my talk button feels that way, but every other button feels stiff. Looking at my keypad, i see that its a little recessed, more than the others. Dont really use that button much so not that big of a deal for me.
