How to boost incoming SMS's?
 
Does any1 have an app or cab file that will switch ur TP2 to 1x and keep it there and then to switch out of it wen u dont need it anymore??? Im asking this cuz the txts lag wen they r incoming and sometimes if im in an intense convo i have to call my voicemail so my fone will switch to 1x momentarily but i hate that.. if any1 can help me that wud be awesome...

are you using the stock sprint rom or custom rom?

I know there is sumthin. I had it on all my TP1 roms. it allowed selecting hybrid, 1x or ev data . it added this option under phone settings. the cab is on this site to cuz I downloaded it.

theres a force 1x cab around but not sure it does what you want.
