Verizon TP2 gps only works for google maps

in bing and mapquest navigator i get the error message "unable to determin your location" but it works in google maps. i have mighty rom war then i flashed the vzw official didnt like it then flashed back to war and within 1 hour i noticed my gps wasnt working. thanks
