Well I find that hard to believe, I've flashed several versions of radio alone. Aside from that, turn your phone on airplane mode & flash away the sim unlocks lol.

Figured that out before hand paid for the hardspl but didnt realize that was all one had to do, then read about 3 wks ago on here, yup can switch roms without sim unlock!

I have flashed every energy rom since i been here in oct!

From what i read the SPB Shell versions 3.5.2 & above work faster & better on winmo 6.5. I am still waiting on my free registration from them cause I had 6.1 & they said surfe it will work.... Had to dump my stock rom & start over.

they sent me a link to the pre 3.5.1 release and it was much better but more issues were fixed with 3.5.2. I have been waiting on verizon to upgrade & my registration number to give SPB a shot again. I like the program. Also with 3.5 you get the revolving carousel

PS.. Keep in mine it only works on roms with start menu uptop.

Yea I know, I reacted to someone pretty hard one day too cause of that. it's kewl..

when that guy rips the new radio out, it wouldnt have any adverse effects on custom roms would it? other radios i used were all in the 1.X.X range, this is the 2.X
