Re: End Key falling off sprint TP 2

I have the same problem but its the end key thats sunken, its still functional but at the same time its more difficult to press. I wonder if this constitutes a problem that sprint would either fix or replace the phone. If I bought the phone online thru callsprint, do I have to go thru them to get a replacement or can I just go with a sprint store? |

Re: End Key falling off sprint TP 2
Just an update to my original post. I returned the phone to the Sprint store where I bought it and they swapped it for a new one since it was less than thirty days old.

Manufacturers date is 11-27-2009. This one feels solid , but so did the last one until I noticed the loose key. It would kind of go back into place but it wouldn't stay there. If it was backlit, you could see light coming out of the top. Hope this one is solid ! |

Re: End Key falling off sprint TP 2
i have some light slightly leaking from the top of the end button... but nothing major..
if you look close to the battery cover, do you notice a slight bulge or dent on the right side (opp side of the phone) on the battery cover?? thanks... |

Re: End Key falling off sprint TP 2
I've gotten another replacement phone for another issue and the send key I'm afraid will end up the same as my first one with the end key. If I press on the right side of the key it sinks in a bit and the other side pops up a little. It's barely noticeable but it's not the same feel as the end key. Gonna cross my fingers and hope itll be ok.
