Having the same issue! Uninstalled PS and it remains, have to "wake up" the phone to get a text. Dunno what to do. :-(

i hard reset and reinstalled everything except the newest PS. i had a old version saved on my computer.

I dont have the exact same issue.. I am on the STOCK SPRINT ROM although I have some the TP2 cleanup and some other simple mods.. nothing that should effect the text messages.. I get them sometimes fine and other times they show up late or not at all. tonight I got one and it worked fine... the other night I missed two messages...

Since yesterday I have NOT been receiving ANY test messages. what in the world is going on??

Heyyyy I have a texting problems too, but its not missing or late. All my Text messages are in the yea 2016~ but my phone is set on...well y'know regular time it says 2010 everywhere BUT my text~ What's up with that?

I am on a stock ROM, and it varies wildly. From texts promptly arriving to never ariving, and everything in between. I do not have PS, but may have tried it and then uninstalled it some months ago.

I have used Pocket Shield for over a year & it has never once affected my texting in any way on Verizon (I get my texts on time, every time & the notifications work correctly).

I don't update PS regularly as it works perfectly for me & I don't update programs for no reason, so it's possible that there is a version along the way that messes up texting that I never used......

so the problem of late txt messages still persist on the TP2...because im barely going to switch my TP to the 2nd...and i want to know if i will still be gtting this problem (i have sprint by the way).
